NEW - Lunch Talk Funding
SAVMA's lunch talk funding program is the only SAVMA funding source for food served at club events. Speaker fees, speaker travel, and wetlab supplies are all covered under SAVMA Event Funding. To be eligible for this lunch talk funding, clubs must coordinate to host a lunch, dinner, or snack talk with an industry representative (HCV or otherwise). If that industry has donated to the Student Activities Account, then the club may apply for up to $500 to cover food served at the talk. Receipts must be provided for reimbursement.
